Our policy lasts for only 7 days. Post 7 days after delivery of the product, unfortunately, we will not be able to process a refund or an exchange.
To be eligible for returns, the product must be unused and in the same condition as it was at the time of delivery. It should also be returned in its original packaging. If you fail to meet even one of these conditions, the product will not be taken back and no refund will be processed.
Note that we will require a receipt or proof of purchase for completion of return.
Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
Once the returned product has been received by our team and inspected, we will spend you an email to notify you that the return has been received. The same email will contain information regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If the refund has been approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit or original method of payment within certain number of days.
If you have not been notified of the refund, we suggest you check your bank account. If the credit is not displayed on your bank statement, then contact your credit card company or bank as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted. If the refund amount is not displayed even after this completing this process, then please contact us.
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular priced items may be refunded.
